Delete your account.
When you request deletion, YearCraft schedules your account and its data to be deleted 72 hours later. You can cancel the request until deletion starts.
- Export your data first if you want a copy. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- On the web, open Settings, then Account, and scroll to Danger zone. Tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, including your goals, waypoints, achievements, journal entries, and reflections. Type DELETE and tap Request deletion. Any subscription billed through YearCraft on the web will also be canceled when the account is deleted.
- If you change your mind, return to Settings before deletion starts and tap Keep my account. The notice there shows the scheduled date and time and also links to Export my data.
On iPhone
Open Settings, then Data, and tap Delete account at the bottom. You can request an export from this screen first.
To request deletion, press Hold to request deletion until the button fills, release it, and confirm with Request deletion. You’ll then see the scheduled deletion notice in Settings, with Keep my account if you want to cancel.
Good to know
We email you when we receive the request, if you cancel it, and when deletion is complete. Once deletion starts, it cannot be canceled.
If you pay for Pro through Apple, cancel that subscription separately in your Apple subscription settings to stop future charges. Deleting the YearCraft app does not cancel a subscription or delete your account.
You can also contact us to request account deletion.
