Questions people actually ask
What counts as a voice entry?
A recording you make with the Record button, kept with its transcript so you can listen back months later. Free includes 3 a month of up to 10 minutes. Dictating with your keyboard microphone is free on every plan.
What does Juniper actually do?
Writes prompts from your goals and recent entries, suggests waypoints when you are stuck, tidies recordings into readable text, draws each goal's postcard, captions your Year in Review scrapbook, and drafts goals and achievements from your reflection answers.
Is anything really unlimited?
Unlimited means you will never hit a limit journaling for yourself. Fair-use ceilings sit far past normal use: 900 minutes of voice a month, 50 postcards a month, 100 active goals. Reach one and we will talk.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your goals, entries, and recordings stay. You cannot add beyond the free limits until you make room or come back to Pro, and the Claude and ChatGPT connection pauses.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, on every plan. Ask for an export in Settings and we email you a .zip with everything, recordings and postcards included. Account deletion lives in the same place.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
Any time, in both directions, from Billing. Leaving Pro keeps you going until the end of the period you paid for.
