Questions people actually ask
What counts as a voice entry?
A recording you make with the Record button, kept with its transcript so you can listen back months later. Free includes 3 a month of up to 10 minutes. Dictating with your keyboard microphone is free on every plan.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your goals, entries, and recordings stay. You cannot add beyond the free limits until you make room or come back to Pro.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, on every plan. Ask for an export in Settings and we email you a .zip with everything, recordings and postcards included. Account deletion lives in the same place.
How do I get Pro on iPhone?
Through the App Store, where prices vary by country. Tap Start Pro in Settings. If you already pay, Restore purchases brings it back on a new phone.
Do I need Pro to use Juniper?
No. Free includes 3 Juniper prompts a day, 1 postcard per goal, and her captions once per reflection. Pro includes more goals, more voice entries, and spoken answers in Reflect.
