The journal is where the year actually happens. Talk or type. Juniper tidies it up, names it, and asks one good question back.
Look back before you look ahead.
Reflect is a set of short guided conversations. Looking back ends in a scrapbook of your year in your own words. Looking ahead ends in goals and waypoints Juniper drafts, and nothing is added until you tap it.
It is yours, all of it.
Everything you write and record belongs to you. Email yourself a .zip of the lot from Settings, recordings included, or close the account from the same place.

Every AI thing in YearCraft happens under one name, so you always know who is writing. Juniper suggests, tidies and asks. It never scolds you for a quiet week, and it never celebrates something you have not done.
