Start a Year in Review.

Year in Review is a set of questions in Reflect that helps you look back on a year. Every question is optional. When you finish, you can create a scrapbook with a page for each answer and captions from Juniper.

  1. Open Reflect. Under Look back, choose the year’s Year in Review, then tap Start the conversation.
  2. Type an answer, or tap Skip. On Pro, you can also tap Dictate to record an answer. Answers save as you go.
  3. Use Map to jump to another question. To stop and return later, choose Save & leave on the web, or close the screen on iPhone.
  4. If you want another question about something you’ve written, tap Ask Juniper for a follow-up below your answer.
  5. On the last question, tap Finish, then Make my scrapbook. On iPhone, the button is Finish · make my scrapbook. Juniper adds captions and a short summary of the themes in your answers.
  6. Tap Save to Journal to keep a copy as a journal entry. To change an answer, choose Edit answers. Your scrapbook pages update when you edit your answers.

What Pro changes

Free includes one set of captions for each Year in Review. Pro lets you record answers and use New captions to have Juniper write another set from your current answers. On Free, the button is called New captions with Pro.

Good to know

You can pin entries and achievements to an answer to include them on its scrapbook page.

Reflect also has questions that help you plan goals or recognize achievements. See Add the goals Juniper drafted.
