Add the goals Juniper drafted.

Two sets of questions in Reflect end with suggestions called drafts. What do you want next? helps you plan goals, waypoints, and achievements. Give yourself credit helps you recognize things you’ve already done. You review each draft before adding it.

  1. Open Reflect and choose What do you want next? under Look ahead, or Give yourself credit under Look back. Answer the questions you want, then tap Finish.
  2. Tap Draft from my answers. Juniper uses your answers to suggest goals or achievements. Each suggestion explains which answer it came from.
  3. Tap Add beside one you want to keep. The button changes to Added. If you add a waypoint before its goal, the goal is added too; the suggestion says “adds its goal too”.
  4. Tap Done to go to Goals or Achievements. To change your answers, choose Edit answers.

Put a sentence on Today

What do you want next? also suggests a sentence about what you want for the year. Tap Pin to Today to display it on your Today page. The button changes to On Today; tap it again to remove the sentence. Use Rewrite if you want to change the wording first.

What Pro changes

Free includes one set of drafts per reflection. Pro adds Draft again, which creates new suggestions from your updated answers. Anything you’ve already added stays on your lists. On Free, the button is called Draft again with Pro.

Good to know

The usual plan limits still apply when you add a draft. For example, Free allows 3 active goals.

Check dates before adding an achievement. Juniper only includes as much of the date as your answer provides. You can change it later in Achievements.
