Change your check-in time.

A journal check-in is a reminder from Juniper to write about your day. It’s sent at your chosen time, only on days you haven’t written.

  1. On the web, open Settings, then Notifications. On iPhone, open Settings, select Juniper, and scroll to Notifications.
  2. Turn on Check-in to journal. On iPhone, choose Journal check-in · email, Journal check-in · push, or both. Push means a notification on your phone; you’ll be asked to allow notifications if needed.
  3. Choose Morning at 7:30 am, Lunch at 12:30 pm, Evening at 8:30 pm, or Weekly on Sundays at 8:30 pm. Evening is the default.
  4. Your changes save automatically. You can leave the page when you’re done.

Pause reminders

On the web, tap Hush for a month to pause Juniper’s reminders. Tap Wake Juniper up to resume them early. On iPhone, these buttons are called Pause nudges for a month and Resume nudges.

Pausing reminders does not stop emails about your account, such as email confirmation or billing notices.

Check your timezone

Check-in times use the timezone saved on your profile. To change it, open Settings on the web, then Profile.
