Cancel Pro.

You can cancel Pro at any time. If you subscribed on the web, cancel through Plan & billing. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel through Apple.

1. Open Settings, then Plan & billing.
2. Tap Cancel subscription, then Continue to Stripe. Follow the steps there to confirm. If the page says Apple bills your subscription, choose Manage Apple subscription and cancel with Apple instead.
3. Check the end date shown when you return. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

If you change your mind

For a web subscription, tap Restore subscription before the cancellation date to keep Pro renewing. For an Apple subscription, manage renewal in your Apple subscription settings.

On iPhone

Open Settings, then Plan. Tap Manage Apple subscription if you subscribed through Apple, or Manage subscription on the web if you subscribed on the web.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Update payment details or find an invoice

For a web subscription, choose Manage plan in Plan & billing. If a renewal payment failed, choose Update payment method. Previous invoices are under Billing history.

For an Apple subscription, manage payment details through your Apple Account.

When Pro ends

Your goals, entries, and recordings stay. Free plan limits apply to anything you add, and access from Claude or ChatGPT stops. You can make room within those limits or subscribe to Pro again.
